Teenagers range from age 13-19. This is a big age gap with different maturity levels. The environment is an issue that all ages should care about especially this age group because they are the future.
If our environment gets ruined we have no future. If we want to live in a world with clean land and water we must make a change to the way we live. Water pollution can cause so many illnesses.
There are so many things that we can do to help our environment. I get that most teenagers don’t want to spend their time volunteering but there are many options that you can do that don’t take much time.
An example of some easy things you can do would be if you are environmentally conscious: using organic products, beach clean up and even just taking fewer showers.
If you use brands who don’t test on animals you are helping the environment because you are saving animals. Animal testing is when they inject the products into the animals and that is so cruel. So just by switching your products, you will be saving lives.

A beach clean-up with friends is such a perfect way to have a fun day with friends while doing something good for the world. Having a fun beach day and cleaning up the beach would be so productive.
Trash on the beach kills so many animals a year. Straws get stuck in turtles’ noses. Plastics get stuck around their neck as well and it causes so much harm for them. People just don’t care and leave their trash everywhere.
An easy thing that we can do to prevent trash on the beach is using reusable water bottles. There are so many cute brands you can get. A popular one right now is Stanley’s. They come in so many fun colors.
